Top Line Coaching Unveils 2023 Race Kit!

Dress for Success.

Triathlon and cycling apparel have come so far in the last few years. It's so interesting to compare the older fabrics and designs to what's currently on the market. You can feel the difference in the fabrics and see how the shape and design of the clothing is much more functional and comfortable for swim/bike/run. Zoot Sports has designed our suits for the past 2 seasons and we are incredibly thankful for their help in producing great-looking kits for our athletes!

Why is clothing important? Similar to your running shoes or the fit of your bike, the way clothing fits and functions can have an impact on how you perform. In triathlon, racing suit fit affects how comfortable you are on the bike and run, at a minimum. However, the latest fabrics and designs are more than just a necessary covering for your skin. Fabrics should be moisture-wicking, lightweight, aerodynamic (i.e.: "slippery"), and very fitted.

The latest version of the Top Line aerorace suit by Zoot is all of these things and more. The newest suit also features two huge upgrades: two ice pockets (one behind the neck and one at the waist) and a fuel pocket at the waist.

Cycling gear performs an equally important function: protecting your skin from the elements. The fabrics should also be moisture-wicking and cooling while providing your skin with an essential barrier to the road surface if you ever should crash (hopefully never!). Your cycling jersey provides your skin (especially shoulders!) with a vital barrier to road rash as well as sun protection. A big thanks to Zoot - and especially to Dave and Gen - for their help in making our suits looks awesome!
