I have been wanting to start a podcast for some time and the day is finally here! I have the privilege of knowing some incredible athletes, coaches, and practitioners who I think the world should get to hear more from. I started this show to bring more positive stories and uplifting voices to the world of sports and high performers. I believe the mental game applies not just in sport but in our careers, family, and our general approach to life. I feel called to bring to light these wonderful humans who are involved in sport and either influence others to take greater control of their mental and physical health or lead by their tremendous examples.
